Philadelphia considering ban on plastic bags

My hometown of Philadelphia is considering a ban on plastic bags similar to our San Francisco ordinance. YEAH! Go Philadelphia. Now how about you guys work on a city wide recycling program next…..?

  3. You will actually use a HERO BAG for groceries and more!
  4. No one uses a INAPB for groceries?!

  6. The INAPB bag does not
